We reserve the right to refuse the use of any material that raises concerns regarding potential copyright infringement. Our role is to design and develop websites based on the materials and instructions provided by the client, and we expect clients to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the use of copyrighted materials without proper authorisation.

Subcontracting

We may engage subcontractors or third parties to assist in delivering services, while maintaining responsibility for the project. Your confidentiality and project requirements will be respected.

Confidentiality

Website backups

Our standard business practise is to take backups of a website we are working on for the purposes of restoring the website if it is damaged or it fails.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in case of a material breach. Upon termination, you agree to compensate us for work completed up to that point.

We are not liable for any damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
